Yes. Every Young Residencial® is fully furnished — including a desk with swivel chair, a made-to-measure wardrobe, a kitchenette and a comfortable bed.
Among other things water supply and drainage, heating, hot water, the lift, street cleaning and waste disposal, building cleaning, garden maintenance, servicing of the technical systems, high-speed internet and the digital satellite system.
Our residents are students, doctoral candidates, lecturers and trainees.
From the GLC you reach TU München in 5 – 10 minutes, and the underground is 250 m away. The SLC Campus is on Freisinger Landstraße, also within walking distance of the town centre.
Yes — SLC 1 offers the Patio Couple and the Two-Party-Residencial® at approx. 48 m². In the Two-Party-Residencial® everyone has their own lockable room; bathroom, kitchen, dining area and balcony are shared.
There are underground and private parking spaces (chargeable), free visitor parking and covered bicycle parking.
